Brewed it as a #pourover and #singleoriginespresso and it was fantastic. 17.5g in, 40g out, 28s. Pour some @ferndaleorganica2 and I am pretty sure this was the perfect #cappuccino

Some @sweetbloomcoffee Guatemala and Ethiopia and I'm excited to receive @rodrigosanchez09 offerings from @plotroasting soon. Rounding that off is my biweekly subscription from @calendar.coffee and some really tasty Ecuador that I can't get enough of.

Another day...another delicious cappuccino in the cup. I wish friends could come over so I could share such amazing coffee with them. Looking forward to a future where we have COVID under control or eradicated.
In the meantime, I'll continue being a happy home barista. Here's hoping you're staying safe and have access to great coffee!

I hope you are all enjoying some quiet and relaxing times wherever you might be. I'm happily quarantined and haven't been anywhere but home and walking around my neighbourhood since March 15. I have had more time to make #cappucccinos and improve my pouring skills as a #homebarista as a result of the lockdown.
This is the very last of the really tasty 😋 @kumacoffee Colombia El Pantano which gets replaced today by @brandywinecoffeeroasters @rodrigosanchez09 Purple Caturra for this week's espressos.

Is 10pm too late to make a delicious cappuccino featuring @3fecoffee Ana Sora from #yirgacheffe Ethiopia? Happy to have enjoyed coffees roasted in Ireland this past month (@calendar.coffee too). So happy to be able to pull shots and steam milk at home on my @lamarzoccohome Linea Mini. Grateful for having learned a little bit about espresso theory, too! 18.3g in, 38g out, 33s made a lovely and enjoyable drink tonight!
